You may have read Samin's award-winning book or seen her on her Netflix series Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat: Mastering the Elements of Good Cooking. No matter if you are a huge fan or if this is your first time hearing about Samin, this event is sure to inspire you to enjoy food in a new way.

This year's Author Visit will be held at Upper Arlington High School at 2pm on Sunday, October 20th. Tickets are still available, and you can click this link to reserve yours today. We will be welcoming Samin to the stage for a lively interview-style conversation moderated by Jeni Britton Bauer.

After her talk, Samin will join guests for a special reception at 5:30pm at 1400 Food Lab. This reception will provide an opportunity to meet the author and enjoy delicious food. Steven's Catering will provide food, culinary students from Columbus State Community College will cooking, and Jim Budros (founder of City Barbeque) will also be cooking some of Samin's favorite recipes.

Samin never fails to bring smiles and spark lasting excitement about the joys of great food. Learn more about her incredible life and carrer on her website ciaosamin.com and we will be looking forward to seeing you at the October 20th event.
